The Surf Coast Shire has an incredible range of aged care services for its residents, including in-home care, companionship, social outings and a meals service. But the Shire had a problem; many people, especially those who needed the services, didn’t know about it.
Pace quickly raised our hand and got to work. Our research found that the decision makers for these services were often not the individuals using them, but rather the children, siblings or care-givers of these elderly residents. We were then able to direct our creative and communications to these target segments, raising awareness for these extremely helpful services.
The campaign was a success, with the Surf Coast Shire reporting higher levels of utilization, Pace was able to connect people to much-needed services to better their lives.
