Nicholas Heath has over 20 years experience in regional tourism and economic development. Nicholas has a degree in economics (Latrobe) and a Master's Degree (Monash) in e-communications. He has completed post-graduate studies in marketing at Deakin and RMIT and is preparing to undertake his Doctorate, with a thesis topic relating to e-marketing. He is a highly-skilled practitioner of marketing development for both tourism and economic development, and thus, is highly sought after Australia-wide.
Ed is highly intelligent, fast-thinking and very focused on getting rapid results to an exceptionally high standard. Ed's skills play a significant role for the company, providing a first class service to a list of Pace's major accounts as well as managing the client management team to oversee most other accounts. Ed is also currently studying commerce in what remains of his spare time, and has a very promising and successful future ahead of him.
After finishing in the top percentage of his Bachelor of Visual Arts Graphic Design degree, Nick has become a highly-experienced Graphic Designer with an extensively developed list of abilities. Nick joined the Pace team with 10 years experience under his belt, including a background at Rural Press (now Fairfax) and three years with a leading design agency. Nick's skills and knowledge provide for extensive abilities in all design areas , including state-of-the art websites, catalogues, magazines, and business collateral.
With over 14 years in the Design/Pre-press industry, his workflow understanding is second to none. Scott cares about quality of service through professionalism. He is responsible for managing the creative team to determine objectives and outcomes are met. He has developed work flow procedures to increase productivity, formulate marketing and creative concepts for both print and online, ensure all work complies with agreed formats and that technical requirements and deadlines are met at all times.
After completion of a Bachelor of Commerce in 2011, Sarah became the newest member to the Pace team after being snapped up with a job opportunity following an impressive internship at Pace. Sarah's management skills, clear thinking and attention to detail provide for a high-quality service to Pace clients, and her ability to talk under water without much difficulty provides the building with entertainment and a never-ending conversation.
Budda (yes, that is his preferred name) is simply a web genius - And no, there is no other way to describe it. He can code on the fly, diagnose socket errors and manage multiple mass mail-outs at the same time. Surprisingly for a tech-head he has a pleasant personality and can communicate very well too! Budda's abilities and technological knowledge are literally endless, so if you want high-tech no one will deliver better.
Currently further developing his skills by studying Bachelor of Design at Swinburne University, Steve has a very keen eye for creativity and attention to detail - It's no wonder he won the Typography Award at Gordon TAFE when receiving his Diploma of Graphic Design. Steve also loves his photograph - He's in high demand for weddings and nightclubs! Steve loves to relax on weekends and have a few beers...we think his priorities are sorted.
Christine has worked for some of Australia's largest financial institutions, including National Mutual and Westpac, where she held senior financial administrative and management roles. Pace was fortunate to secure Christine services in implementing comprehensive financial planning and highly-analytical abilities. Christine is an extremely experienced media liaison and holds extensive knowledge about managing finances, planning budgets and recapitulating results.
Brad is an artist, a videographer and one hell of a singer. On the weekends Brad's on stage getting his weekly éncore, but during the working week he's developing media packages, television commercials and radio ads that are either effective, retail, creative, funny or a combination of everything. He' knows his stuff and will work 'til the jobs' done, only every now and then will keep singing until the entire office goes nuts.
Yan wears a few hats a Pace, she's a master of detail! Yan is in charge of managing financial accounts, as well as assisting in media management for various clients. Before Pace, Yan worked 5 years in Chinese tourism, which has allowed her to gain a wide variety of knowledge for tourism and travel. Yan is a also a certified Mandarin-English translator, so finds herself in high-demand for Pace's international works!
Karl brings a great deal of patience and tenacity to working with detailed computer-based production work from post-processing to rotoscoping and digital balancing. Given his Chinese background and experience in China and around the world in business, Karl is heavily involved in Pace's importing and international printing. Karl's efficiency and eye for detail has allowed him to produce some of Pace's most successful recent work. Outside of Pace, Karl is playing Daddy Daycare at home with his beautiful young girl, Charlotte.
